Hornensembles performance

With this contribution we wanted to show how Vienna offers also to non professionals a unique environment where tradition, modernity, local and international people are joined together, bounded by the common passion of making music with this wonderful instrument. Therefore, here we propose a very little historical journey of what amatuers ensemble might enjoy performing in the city and surroundings of Vienna, be it anchored to the most traditions or projected to modernity.

IMPORTANT NOTE: the linked video contributions have been realised in between several CoViD19 lockdowns, with no more than one rehearsal and one recording session. Therefore, we are aware of some quality or performance pitfalls: they are not intended as a showcase of our playing skills. We are nevertheless proud to show how we could keep our motivation and passion going on through those challenging times.
